Information on the investment project implementation related to construction of a meat-processing plant by Gagarin-Ostankino LLC (Gagarin)

Gagarin-Ostankino LLC is a subdivision of Ostankino Meat Processing Plant CJSC. Over the years of its existence in the Region there were built large manufacturing sites in the Gagarin, Vyazma, Sychevka and Pochinok Regions that specialize in growing grain crops, manufacturing meat processing products and semi-prepared products. Over 2 thousand new job openings were created there.

The first stage of the investment project has been implemented. The following shop floors were put into operation:

-       pig slaughtering facilities killing up to 240 pigs per hour and production of semi-finished meat with the capacity of up to 200 tons per day;

-       facilities for boning and release of uncooked smoked sausages and meat specialties with an overall capacity of up to 50 tons per day;

-       facilities for producing boiled sausages;

The second stage of the project is construction of meat processing plant with facilities for producing of uncooked smoked sausages and meat specialties with an overall capacity of up to 50 tons per day, as well as construction of facilities for producing boiled sausages.

At the moment, construction works are in progress. Delivery of equipment is excepted. The second stage of meat processing plant construction in Gagarin is planned to be completed by 2022.
