«The Smolensk plant for roll-forming machine» has granted the status of a resident of the Phoenix Industrial Park

The Limited Liability Company «The Smolensk plant for roll-forming machine» has started implementing an investment project to create a production of profile bending machine and bent metal profiles for the purpose of import substitution for various purposes supplied to Russia on the territory of the Smolensk industrial park «Phoenix».

As of this date LLC «The Smolensk plant for roll-forming machine» is one of the leading companies in Russia for the design and production of profiling lines and replacement equipment for them. The company makes every effort to develop the most modern, technologically advanced, efficient and reliable equipment. The striving for cost reduction in the production of quality and mass production in the form of thin metal products has led to the mass application of automatic cold profiling lines to solve these problems in various sectors of construction, energy, trade and logistics, as well as others where metal profiles are used.

All products are manufactured in accordance with the established and implemented technical specifications on the production site.

Successful implementation of the investment project will create a favourable environment for the development of domestic manufacturers of the target market segment and develop the domestic market for metal-working machinery.

As part of the project implementation, it is planned to construct a workshop premises with an area of 3,000 square meters, a warehouse space covering 355 square meters, and an administrative building spanning 800 square meters.

Recall that the total area of the Phoenix Industrial Park is about 82.5 hectares and is fully ready for the construction of industrial facilities.

Special conditions have been approved for residents of the park: the lease of a land plot is free for the entire construction period, the plots themselves are provided without bidding, and after the commissioning of the facility, their redemption value is equal to 25% of the cadastral value. For the first 10 years there is no property tax, land and transport taxes, and the income tax is only 16.5%.
