Subsidies for legal entities (except state (municipal) organisations) for partial reimbursement of investment expenses on construction (reconstruction) manufacturing facilities and buildings to produce new advance technology products, including import substitution products.
The project is planned for 2016-2018.
Subsidies are provided in the amount determined by the Provision of Subsidies for legal entities (except state (municipal) organisations) for partial reimbursement of investment expenses on construction (reconstruction) manufacturing facilities and buildings to produce new advance technology products, including import substitution products. This Provision was confirmed by the Smolensk Regional Administration № 241, issued 22nd April, 2016.
Subsidies are provided to cover not more than 10 % of actual expenses pertaining modernization and technological upgrade of manufacturing facilities with regard to the maximum amount of subsidies. The amount of subsidies for one manufacturer does not exceed 2 mln rubles with regard to the results of previous competitions held the same year.
