The planned Water Park will be a unique leisure center, attractive to residents and guests of Smolensk. The complex popularity must be conditioned by a range of water activities for all ages: from children`s entertainment in pools to chill-out in spa tub. 

The two-storied complex with a total area of 19 84.2 m2 will include aquatic attractions, a spiral river for relax and enjoy, a children `s area equipped with slides and swimming pool, a wide range of water slides - from children`s to extreme slides, as well as a water-based leisure area, spa tubs and a cozy bath complex. 

On the 1st floor there will be located an aqua zone (the two floors level) with a service space and a sauna area, a children`s amusement park and shopping areas. 

On the 2nd floor there will be housed fitness rooms, a shopping area and a food- court. The aqua zone is designed for a one-time stay of 100 people, the children`s amusement park - up to 260 visitors. 

Fitness rooms will accommodate up to 160 people at a time.
