In early 2019 during the meeting of the Commission on Investment Strategy under the Administration of the Smolensk Region, Golubtsov Eugeny Vladimirovich IE was assigned a Phoenix State Industrial Park resident status.
Golubtsov Eugeny Vladimirovich Individual Entrepreneur has been operating in Smolensk since 2006 (the main activity: catering and food delivery service), and now plans to establish a production facility of green textile used for manufacturing the stretch ceilings in the territory of the Phoenix Industrial Park. These products are designed for import substitution, and allow driving the similar products foreign suppliers such as Pongs, Clipso, Chtrutti, Descor, Monblan from the market.
The investment project is now 60% complete. Most of the equipment has been purchased. The corporate team had been trained, and now is experienced with manufacture of stretch ceilings, ceiling murals and splashback.
New enterprise construction in the territory of the Phoenix State Industrial Park is aimed at:
- Driving the similar products suppliers such as Pongs, Clipso, Chtrutti, Descor, Monblan from the market;
- Creating additional employment (16 jobs);
- Increasing budget revenues at all levels at taxpayers` expense.
The Exterior Gross Area will amount to 2 square meters.
