Progress report on the “Construction of a livestock breeding complex with a capacity of 1.2 heads” investment project which is implemented by BALTUTINO LLC (the Glinkovsky District)

Within the framework of the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi, there was signed an Agreement on cooperation in the field of agro-industrial complex between the Administration of the Smolensk Region and Invest Finance LLC. Invest Finance LLC is the founder of Shuyskoye Agricultural Enterprise JSC (the Vyazma District) and Baltutino LLC (the Glinkovsky District). The agreement provides for the investment project implementation by Shuyskoye Agricultural Enterprise JSC, which includes modernization of the livestock breeding complex with a capacity of 1.5 thousand cattle heads, including 750 heads of the Holstein cattle in the Vyazma District. 

During the project development, the investor, having received the region`s Administration support, decided to implement even more ambitious plans, having doubled the capacity. At the same time, the new project capacity will also be increased from 1.5 thousand to 3 thousand heads of cattle. 

At present, there has been started the construction documentation development for a dairy complex near the Boltutino village in the Glinkovsky District. 

There are plans to implement the project in 2020-2021 on the basis of Baltutino LLC in the Glinkovsky District. 

The Invest Finance LLC group of companies is successfully operating in the Smolensk Region: the company is occupying a leading position in the dairy cattle breeding and the milk production.
