A special Plan for creating infrastructure facilities in the Smolensk Region was worked out by the Department for Economic Development in order to ensure a favorable investment climate in the region. The plan represents a set of all key infrastructure facilities, the construction and reconstruction of which are stipulated in the existing programs launched in the Smolensk Region.
