Results of the diagnosis period on the pilot flow of OA "Safonovsky Plant "Heat control"
The OA Working Group "Safonovsky Plant "Heat control" successfully completed the problem analysis phase on the pilot production flow.During the work, specialists:
- Identified and worked out in detail the key issues affecting the process efficiency;
- with the help of instruments of economical production determined root causes of occurrence of failures and losses;
- Developed a set of measures to eliminate the identified problems with the clear distribution of responsibility zones;
- formed a plan for implementation of improvements with an indication of the implementation deadlines.
The proposed solutions are aimed at:
- Reduction of production cycle time;
- Reduction in the number of marriages and conversions;
- optimization of equipment and personnel load;
- Increase overall stability and predictability of the process.
The implementation of planned activities will increase pilot flow productivity and create a basis for replication of best practices to other parts of the enterprise.
