OOO "Meta-Luxus" became a member of the Federal project "Productivity of labor"!
On 24 March, the enterprise signed an agreement with the Regional Competence Center (RCC) of the Smolensk region in the sphere of labor productivity. The assembly and packaging optimization process was selected for the pilot flow. On the example of a selected pilot project in the future, the enterprise will continue its path to improve production and office processes.Participation in this project will allow the enterprise to introduce modern tools of lean production, get support from experts of RCC and implement complex measures for optimization of production, as well as increase efficiency of business processes and productivity growth at the enterprise.
The team leader and members are actively trained in operational efficiency tools and techniques, including necessary training such as improvement project implementation, production analysis, mapping and 5C system, which will allow to start the optimization work within the selected pilot flow.
